1. About Us
TREkX is a UK-based manufacturer and retailer of campervan pod units and related accessories.
2. Ordering & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of price.
We reserve the right to:
• Refuse or cancel an order if there is an error in pricing or product description.
• Cancel an order where payment has not been successfully authorised.
• Request additional verification for high-value orders.
Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Large items (such as pod units) may be delivered via pallet courier.
Furniture is made to order (1-3 week turn around).
Customers will be notified once their order is made, and further updated when their order is dispatched. UK delivery is 3-5 business days.
Customers must inspect goods on delivery and report any visible damage within 24 hours.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership of goods transfers only once payment has been received in full.
4. Returns & Refunds (Distance Selling – UK Consumers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order during the build time, or within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:
• The item is unused
• It is in its original condition
• It is returned in suitable packaging
You must notify us in writing (email is acceptable) within 14 days.
Return Costs
Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Large pod units must be returned via insured pallet courier at the customer’s expense.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
5. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:
• Of satisfactory quality
• Fit for purpose
• As described
If an item is faulty, you are entitled to:
• A repair or replacement, or
• A refund if the issue cannot be resolved
You must notify us within 30 days if you wish to reject faulty goods for a full refund.
6. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Made-to-order or customised products may not be eligible for cancellation under distance selling regulations unless faulty.
Where a product is built to customer specification:
• Deposits may be non-refundable once production has begun.
• Clear design approval may be required before manufacture.
7. Gas Appliances & Safety Disclaimer
Where products are supplied with or designed to house gas appliances:
• Installation must comply with relevant UK safety standards.
• Gas systems should be installed and tested by a competent person.
• TREkX pods are sold as portable units and are not permanently fixed installations unless installed by a qualified professional.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
• Adequate ventilation
• Safe use of gas appliances
• Compliance with applicable regulations for their vehicle
TREkX accepts no liability for incorrect installation or modification after supply.
8. Product Use & Liability
Our products are designed for leisure and camping use only.
We are not liable for:
• Improper installation
• Modifications made after purchase
• Misuse or failure to follow instructions
• Indirect or consequential losses
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage
• Water ingress caused by misuse
• Damage caused by improper installation
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
10. Privacy Policy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We use your information to:
• Process orders
• Provide customer support
• Improve our services
We do not sell customer data.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Intellectual Property & Design Protection
All TREkX products, including pod units, layouts, structural configurations, visual appearance, and component arrangements, are protected by registered and/or unregistered design rights.
Design protection is claimed under:
• Registered Designs Act 1949
• UK Intellectual Property Office registrations
• UK unregistered design rights
• Copyright law
No part of our products may be copied, reproduced, modified, reverse engineered, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
This includes:
• Overall product shape and configuration
• Internal layout and structural design
• Ventilation design and panel arrangement
• Branding, logos, photography, and website content
We actively monitor for infringement and will take legal action where necessary.
